STATUS: The Stoughton Post Office is still active and the mural viewable by the public. It resides in the lobby on the wall above the post- master’s door.

You’re going to like this one I can tell. The simplicity of the subjects and the clean lines make this a really unique mural. Oh by the way I visited this post office way back in July of 2012, and for some reason never posted it earlier, but here it is in all is fine glory. What a great mural, I’m delighted to have seen this in person.
What do you like about this mural? I’m intrigued by the colors and the clean lines. I also like plane. It really speaks to the technology of planes at a specific time in our nations history.
