STATUS: The former Adel post office is still no longer an active, operating facility. The mural once housed in the original building has been move here to the newer post office. and the mural can be viewed by interested members of the public. It resides on a wall in the lobby.
YEAR: 1941
I’m delighted the mural was saved and moved into its current location. However, by doing this you removed the time and place where the artist originally intended the mural to be displayed.
