Fay Elizabeth Davis was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was a muralist and graphic designer. Fay was commissioned three murals for post offices in two states, Illinois and Indiana.
Fay attended the John Herron Institute, Married George M. Prout and eventually settled in Florida where she passed in 1997.
