ADDRESS: 207 N State St, Greenfield, Indiana 46140
Occasionally you run across buildings that don’t have the name of the town on the front of the building. Greenfield is one example where this is the case. In the old days when I was photographing buildings you didn’t have the luxury of location services.
Often times when I return from a long trip, I had to sit down and look at a map to determine which building I had photographed. Since it didn’t have the name on the front this made it slightly more work on the back end.
Today, you can take a picture with your phone and the GSP location date gets saved with the image. No long do I need to determine which building I”m photographing if it doesn’t have the name spelled out in front for me.
I’m loving the historical photos on the wall and the old newspaper articles. Nice that someone took the time to do this.
