Lake City South Carolina Post Office – Guest

Lake City’s PO opened in 1962 and recognizes the Baker Family.  It’s a sad story of Frazier Baker who was named postmaster in 1897.  It  is easy to research what happened to him and his youngest daughter.  Unfortunately it was a part of that town’s history and time of our society then.
