ADDRESS: 304 South. Main St., Medford, Wisconsin 54451
Sitting on the corner in the old downtown section is this wonderful building. At some point in the past it was sold off and is now being used as a hair salon and other small offices. I’m always sad when I come across these, but at the same time I delighted they are still being used for something.
Contrast this to a building that may be demolished. I’d hate to see that. If you have been following for a while then you’ll know that these are solid buildings. The old Medford post office was never a candidate for artwork, but it’s still a handsome building.
Oh, I almost forgot, I also need to give a great big shout out for my cousin letting me stay and visit with them during this trip. It was great to catch up and play ball with Michael.
Thanks,
David W. Gates Jr.
