Mundelein Illinois Post Office

For some reason I never got around to posting this one. I actually visited this during the winter of 2011. So while I was browsing through my photos trying to figure out which ones I still needed to publish, I came across this one.

It was a cold day in December when we visited. It was also very busy when we where here. I think it was a Saturday or something because the parking lot was full of cars.

I do remember waiting a while to get a good picture of the building. Since we were not in any hurry I stood on my car and waited for the perfect shot. I actually didn’t even realize how ridiculous I must have looked because several people stopped and looked at me kind of funny. They must think I’m a freak! at least this is what I was telling myself.
