STATUS: The Rensselaer post office is still an active operating facility and the mural can be viewed by interested members of the public. The mural resides on the wall in the lobby above the postmaster’s door.
YEAR: 1937
Rensselaer was another stop during my recent road trip through Indiana. It was early and the sun raisers behind the building. Making my photographs darker than I like.
Note to self, if you visit again, try to time this in the afternoon when the sun is shining on the front of the building.
