Visited March 28, 2022. 230 E. Chestnut Street, Coatesville, PA 19320. Not a New Deal Post Office but still very cool. Cornerstone is visible but the date isn’t . Treasurer Ogden L. Mills served under Hoover from 1932-1933; he was Under Secretary under Coolidge from 1927-1932. Presumably the building was built in this timeframe. I’ll send additional photos under separate email.

ADDRESS: 117 S., State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411
ARTIST: Harry P. Camden
TITLE: Communication by Mail
MEDIUM: Aluminum (relief)
STATUS: The Clarks Summit post office is still an active, operating facility, and the mural can be viewed by interested members of the public. It resides on a wall in the lobby of the building.
YEAR: 1936
Well maintained functioning post office. Bas relief sponsored by Treasury Section of Fine Arts (TSFA). It appears that the cornerstone is obstructed by the ADA ramp.
Best regards, Roger
