This has to be one of the most plain looking post offices I’ve seen in a while. Kind of lonely looking too. But here is today’s featured post office.

ADDRESS: 109 South Highland, Jackson, Tennessee 38301
I have to be honest with you, It was getting late and I was getting tired and cranky by the time I made it to Jackson. But I pushed it aside parked, got out of my car, and proceeded to get some great photos of this old Post Office and Courthouse. After doing some searches of this building it seems most folks have cars and other objects in their pictures of this building. I can only imagine how busy it must be during the day. I was delighted to get some nice un-obstructed photos of it.

You can tell by the setting sun this was another late night taking pictures of post offices. I rather like the lighting in this one. Has a sort of mysterious look and feel about it. It also seems a bit creepy since Jackson is a huge town. But nobody at the post office. Sort of that ghost town feel.
